What a pleasure it is for me to share with you pictures that mean something to me. There is something about the number 5 and this challenge, 5 influential people, 5 books, 5 pictures….I think I sort of get it cause apparently when you are presenting findings in a pie chart format or whatever, you shouldn’t have more than 6 “pies” lol so 5 makes sense
This is a pic of my dad, I love this picture so much even my phone can testify. This is how I want to remember him, with a cup of tea cup always in sight, after work when he came home, the first thing he did was go into the garden (farmer diaries) with his suit and all and either my sister or I had to take him a cup of tea 🙂My wedding was a DIY, so got married in my mums backyard, and we DIYed everything, my brother, cousin, and gardener built this deck. It’s a reminder to me that, I should always push for what I want not everyone will get it but my beauty is my beauty 🙂I love this pic of the dying soldier and priest from 1962, this pic speaks a thousand words and it says different things to different people, it reminds me of the beauty of humanity no matter how our opinions differ we can always find a way to help each other 🙂This is my boo and I, I love this pic it always reminds me of how short I am and how God smiled on me by giving me a hunk of a tall man lol
I had this pic taken when I was going through a really dark time in my life last year. Everytime I look at it I am just reminded of how nothing lasts forever, bad times come but they will end and the sun will rise again
