Train me in good common sense;
    I’m thoroughly committed to living your way.
You are good, and the source of good;
    train me in your goodness.

You are right and you do right, God;
    your decisions are right on target.
You rightly instruct us in how to live
    ever faithful to you Psalm 119

The are so many things I wish to do well, too many to mention, if I only had to choose 3 things I wish I could do well they would be the ones below

1.Love

2.Give

3. Pray

When I read the Psalms, sometimes it’s like reading a long prayer. Sometimes it feels like they were written just for me, whatever situation I find myself in , there is a Psalm Prayer for it, whether it’s forgiveness, protection, provision, love, guidance I know I will find it there. David and the other Psalmists who wrote the Psalms really knew how to pour out their hearts to God, I mean if I was God I would be so touched and grant them all their requests.

I wish I knew how to pray that well, from my mouth to God’s ears, prayers that move God, prayers that touch His heart. Everyone has a “recipe” some people shout their prayers from the top of their lungs, some people just whisper, some stand, some sit, some kneel, some pray from a book never from the heart, some sing their prayers everyone hoping that what they are doing will be Heaven approved. I don’t know what’s right or wrong, I just know I want to do it well enough to move God. How do you pray?

I wish to love people from the depths of my soul, a genuine, withholding nothing kind of love. As I was typing this I just thought to myself would I also wish to have a “I will die for you kind of love” hmmmmm hehehehehe “keep tuned to your screens for the next episode of would I rather die for you as a sign of my love or just say it to make you happy and discover I didn’t really mean that?” Do you love right?

I’m stingy, yeah I said it but I want to learn to give cheerfully. I am learning that all is vanity and that I am only but a channel that God uses to bless others, I am not perfect like Jesus and I never will be but that is the goal, otherwise what who am I measuring up to?

So I guess at the end of the day the challenge is what am I going to do about this!

    Hehehe. The question you’ve concluded your post with is the right one to ask. Waiting to see (read) how things turn out for you in those three areas in the future.
